We also look at personality profiling and where you fit in the sales mix, territory management including call cycles and call objectives, the role of prospecting for new business, and ensuring an ethical bias in everything you do.

Without negotiation, such conflicts may lead to argument and resentment resulting in one or all of the parties feeling dissatisfied. The point of negotiation is to try to reach agreements without causing future barriers to communications. Having effective negotiation skills has become a vital part of your personal toolkit. This workshop will look at how to effectively reach successful outcomes where everyone can walk away having found the best mutually acceptable compromise.
This is a high impact and participative course incorporating a wide range of deliberate accelerated learning techniques including role simulations, scenarios, scripting and group discussions. Attendees will work on their actual real examples of negotiation situations so that they can practice the application of the skills in a safe environment before needing to use them in practice.
