Progress People Workshop Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes your plans can change for various reasons. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost. If a substitute delegate is not available and you need to cancel your registration, please be aware of the following:

• Progress People Ltd require at least 15 working days’ (three weeks) notice of a cancellation prior to the commencement of a workshop.

• A cancellation fee of $100 (excluding GST) per registration will apply to any cancellation made within 15 working days prior to the workshop.

• Non-attendance or any cancellation made within five working days of the commencement of the workshop, will incur a fee of 50% (excluding GST) of the registration price, payable upon invoice.

• While it’s unlikely to happen, Progress People reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to low enrolment, presenter illness or other circumstances. If the event is cancelled, no fees shall be charged. Progress People will not accept responsibility for travel and accommodation costs incurred by participants.

• By registering for a workshop, you agree to receive an email about the event and post-event email with related contents.

• By registering for a workshop, you agree to grant Progress People the right to use any photographs at the event for marketing purposes on social media.

• All fees are invoiced following the completion of the workshop.​
